Join our Lafayette Louisiana Bed and Breakfast at the Crawfish Festival, which will be held this year on May 4-6 at Parc Hardy in Breaux Bridge. This festival began in 1960 and it’s main focus is family centered and authentic Cajun activities. Fresh crawfish will be cooked in many different ways: boiled, fried, etouffee, jambalaya, boudin, pies, bisque, gumbo, fettucine, and stew. The festival will also include Cajun and Zydeco music on 3 stages. Headliner bands include Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys, Pine Leaf Boys, Balfa Toujours, and Geno Delafose. Other fun festival activities like crawfish races, eating, etouffee cook off, and Cajun dance contest make the day a real treat! All of this festival fun is within a short distance of our romantic Bed and Breakfast in Louisiana.
