Ingredients:
- 1 box dark chocolate cake mix, plus eggs, oil, and water called on box
- 2 tablespoon dutch processed coco
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 14 oz condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoon soft butter
Directions For Cake:
- 350 degrees
- Butter and flour bundt pan. I use Bakers Spray.
- Prepare cake according to package directions plus coco. Pour in bundt pan.
- In medium bowl beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy.
- Gradually add condensed milk, egg and vanilla till smooth.
- Pour cream cheese over cake batter.
- Bake 50-56 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes.
Glaze:
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon dutch processed cocoa
- 4 tablespoon salted butter
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In medium bowl whisk powdered sugar, cocoa powder, add melted butter, water and vanilla.
- Whisk together until smooth spoon over cake.
