Fudge Ribbon Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 box dark chocolate cake mix, plus eggs, oil, and water called on box
  • 2 tablespoon dutch processed coco
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 14 oz condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon soft butter

Directions For Cake:

  • 350 degrees
  • Butter and flour bundt pan. I use Bakers Spray.
  • Prepare cake according to package directions plus coco. Pour in bundt pan.
  • In medium bowl beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy.
  • Gradually add condensed milk, egg and vanilla till smooth.
  • Pour cream cheese over cake batter.
  • Bake 50-56 minutes.
  • Cool 10 minutes.

Glaze:

  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon dutch processed cocoa
  • 4 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • In medium bowl whisk powdered sugar, cocoa powder, add melted butter, water and vanilla.
  • Whisk together until smooth spoon over cake.
