Recipe from Lyn's kitchen to yours:



  • 1 box dark chocolate cake mix, plus eggs, oil, and water called on box
  • 2 tablespoon dutch processed coco
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 14 oz condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon soft butter


  1. 350 degrees
  2. Butter and flour bundt pan, I use Bakers Spray
  3. Prepare cake according to package directions plus coco. Pour in bundt pan.
  4. In medium bowl beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk, egg and vanilla till smooth.
  5. Pour cream cheese over cake batter.
  6. Bake 50-56 minutes.
  7. Cool 10 minutes.


  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon dutch processed cocoa
  • 4 tablespoon salted butter
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  1. In medium bowl whisk powdered sugar, cocoa powder, add melted butter, water and vanilla. Whisk together until smooth spoon over cake.
