Event Center Rental Package
$550 for up to 50 guests
Your rental includes use of the Event Center, tables, chairs, and basic room setup. You are welcome to personalize the space with your own decorations, and catering may be arranged through our preferred caterer.

The Event Center is a comfortable setting for bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, memorial gatherings, luncheons, family celebrations, and other private events. Make planning easier with catering options available through our preferred caterer, Rachael’s Catering. Menu options include a light lunch, brunch, grazing table, or other simple event menu styles, with tea, punch, water, and coffee included. Catering starts at $35 per person, and current menus can be provided when you inquire.

Here are a few details to help you understand what is included, what to expect, and how to plan your event at Maison D’Memoire.
The Event Center rental is designed for up to 50 guests. Events with 51–75 guests may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Additional guests are $15 per person over 50.
Maison D’Memoire does not host events larger than 75 guests.
Event Center rentals include up to 4 hours of event time, plus up to 2 hours of setup time before the event and 1 hour of breakdown time after the event.
Additional setup time, early access, day-before setup, or extended event time must be arranged in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.
Yes. Tables and chairs are included with the Event Center rental. Linens, specialty décor, floral arrangements, and other event details are not included unless otherwise arranged.
Yes. You may bring decorations for your event, as long as they do not damage the space. Setup and removal of decorations must take place within your approved rental time unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
For showers, hosts may bring simple, ready-to-serve food and non-alcoholic beverages.
For rehearsal dinners, memorial gatherings, private events, and other Event Center rentals, food service must be arranged through our preferred caterer, Rachael’s Catering.
Cooking is not permitted in the Event Center. Food may only be heated or warmed on-site. All food setup, serving, and cleanup must take place within your approved rental time.
Alcohol is not included with Event Center rentals. If alcohol is requested, it must be approved in advance and follow Maison D’Memoire’s insurance requirements.
Only beer and wine may be served. The event host must provide required one-day event insurance and hire a security officer for the event.
Yes. Maison D’Memoire has four private Cajun Country cottages on the property for overnight stays. Cottage reservations are booked separately and are based on availability.
All events must end by 11 p.m.
